Evgeniya (Jenny) Georgieva has worked as Group Director of Human Resources for Bulgarian Telecom (2004-2008). In this position, she was responsible for the management and restructuring of telecommunications and for the introduction of a new system for human resources management and development. Before that, she was head of Human Resources for Umicore Pirdop Med (currently Aurubis - a part of the NA Group) (1998-2004). She also has more than 18 years experience in teaching, training and development, as well as in project management as part of her role in USAID. Her MA in social psychology is from the “M. B. Lomonosov” Moscow University, Russia. Her MA in organizational development is from Pepperdine University, USA. She has a PhD in psychology. Her postgraduate education includes a Fulbright scholarship in organizational development. Since 2004, she has also been active in the profession of human resources development as president and as executive board member of the Bulgarian Association for Human Resources Management and Development (BHRMDA). Most recently, in 2009, she was certified in human resources management and development by UK’s Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), which is the professional organization of British specialists in personnel management and development. She also became its Chartered Member.
Rossitsa Calderon has an extensive experience in personnel recruitment, selection and assessment. She has worked as personnel selection manager for BTC, where she has also supervised various company restructuring projects (2004-2008). Before that, she worked as human resources consultant: As senior consultant for Consulteam Recruitment and Selection (2002-2004), and as consultant for recruiting IT specialists (2001-2002). Her BA in business administration is from the “St. Kliment Ohridsky” Sofia University, Bulgaria. Her postgraduate education includes an internationally recognized certificate in career counseling. She has also received postgraduate specialization in personnel recruitment, selection and assessment.
Tzvetelina Gjurova has a Master degree in Psychology from the “St. Kliment Ohridsky” Sofia University, Bulgaria with over thirteen years of experience in the area of recruitment, psychological diagnostics, trainings, assessment centers, personnel appraisal and psychotherapy. She has been certified to work with psychological questionnaires as well as to leading training groups. During 2006 - 2009 she worked for the Bulgarian telecommunications company (BTC) and she was included in all corporate projects focused on recruitment, training and development. During this period she held the positions of Senior Specialist Corporate Development Programs and Recruitment and Assessment Manager. Before that, she worked for eight years for Personnel recruitment department of the Institute of Psychology of Interior. Soon after finishing her Master's degree she started her career in Labor Bureau, where she was responsible for unemployed consultancy and career orientation. Tzveti also has an independent psychotherapeutic practice. She is a trainer in communication skills, teamwork, managerial skills, coaching & mentoring, leadership and motivation, interviewing and presentation skills.
Maria Toycheva is a high-level marketing expert with more than 14 years of experience in the field of marketing, advertising and journalism. She has got a proven record of successful branding & brand positioning, PR & corporate communications, Inbound & Outbound marketing, sales and customer service projects. Some of Maria’s most successful projects are connected to her work for BTC Group, as the development and launch of the ADSL and VoIP services as well as the development and establishment of the vivatel brand (the third GSM operator in Bulgaria). Maria took active part in a number of transformation projects BTC Group went through - privatisation, launch of a new mobile operator, merge of the two brands - BTC and vivatel. Maria holds a Master degree in Marketing and Management from the University of National and World Economy - Sofia. She has received a number of prestigious awards, as EFFIEs, ARA’s (Bulgarian Marketing Association) for best marketing campaign and launch of a new brand on the market. In the course of last three years Maria is teaching "Corporate Identity & Brand Development" in London School of PR (LSPR)- Sofia.
